Ruby-red colour, powerful and persistent fragrance.

Well-balanced and harmonic flavour with an evident typical note of Gaglioppo.

Medium bodied but rich lingering flavours of toasted nuts, age complexity plus fine brandy spirit complete the Para Grand Tawny palate.

Pretty and perfumed with layered flavours of lifted juicy strawberries and red berries rounded with beautifully balanced tannins/

The vineyards of Seville Estate are located in the cooler, southern regions of the Yarra Valley.

As a result, the Chardonnay style is crisper, tighter in structure with citrus fruit characters.

This is 100% Estate grown Chardonnay.

Juicy cherry / strawberry fruits, sweet spice and hints of toasty oak.

The tannins are balanced and fine giving great length and structure.

The Sew & Sew Sashiko McLaren Vale GSM is plum purple and has a richly perfumed aroma of spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and candied ginger which combine with red cherry and bright red summer fruits.

The palate comprises red fruits with a hint of cherry and plum that are supported by a tantalising spiciness and fine tannins.
